entry’s gonna be a long one.
ages since i last sat down proper to write about stuffs.
but yesterday christmas’ gathering at my place,
proved to be discoveries of issues.
secrets that had been kept for too long,
keeping one’s faith,
and knowing that you will never walk alone…

for that,

i am forever thankful and grateful.

though it was pretty much a last minute gathering,
i felt that i needed to make one, since its going to be our last official gathering,
before the year ends.
i had to rush to town earlier, before the gathering started,
so that i could grab more presents!

managed to grab zuoyi and caleb, and we battled the crowd of last minute shoppers,
and those who were there to make the place packed with more HUMANS.

let us start off with the night…
my place was opened for the invited guests after 2000hrs.

i realised that as years gone by,
the number of people kept decreasing.
people having their own lives…
but i have to add one thing…
yesterday was a well assembled one.

everyone was comfortable.
i missed my z.o.e… it was never the same since oliver left.
even though he’s busy with his hectic business deals,
i was glad that he came down yesterday.

we began our night slow, as everyone settled down,
trying to familiarise with those unfamiliar faces.

i was glad faisal came down.
he’s so hilarious!… apparently, he and xiao di took the same diploma in temasek poly.
so they had so many things in common.

after ordering KFC and pizza,
the party started…

my batch mate, jody came down…
and suddenly, after we had settled with a few set of drinks,
and games,
we realised that we had so much to talk about.

at that period of time, i had discover something earlier.
i wanted so much to brush it aside,
because i didn’t want to make the party any less fun.
i guessed, the drinks did somehow made me forget about the incident,
but then,
i started to diverge my attention to a secret that jody had kept from me,
since the longest time…

she knew it for the longest time.
i’ve never blamed anyone, but myself at that time.
it was a moment of surprised, and i suddenly turned quite vulgar!…
i was EFFING her with limited vulgarities.
but i wasn’t feeling angry… it was more of like, annoyed that she knows,
and she didn’t tell me!…

4 years of secret…
even zuoyi was mentioning she was damn POWERFUL.
for that,
i respected her even more.

hearts you lian.

but the night was not all about me.
as more stories kept pouring,
we became more comfortable with one another.

so comfortable, that most of them ENDED on my bed!…
wahahahahahahahahahahahaha

i believed that gathering was never an intention of opening to new discoveries.
i simply want to gather those close friends that i was really comfortable with.
those who i really cared.

i believed the numbers will keep changing.
new people will come…
but i hope the old ones remain…
